How Storage Works

Dave's Mini Storage provides you with a storage unit and allows 24 hour access to the unit. First step is to call us at 630-204-8768 to reserve your unit.  Once you make a reservation here's what will happen: 

• We will make an appointment to meet you at the units for you to fill out the lease form and make a payment of your first month's rent.
• Once that has happened you will be free to use your unit.  You can supply your own lock or you can purchase one from Dave's Mini Storage.
• Rent for your unit is due on the first of the month each month. You can pay by cash, check, money order or credit card. If you would like us to automatically bill your credit card, please contact us directly
