Refund policy

Storage units are paid on a monthly basis. There are no refunds available for any storage units.

Your rent is always due the first day of each month and a $20.00 late charge will be incurred for any rent not paid by that day. There will be a grace period until the 10th of each month.

Security Deposit of one month’s rent at regular rate is refundable with all rent and fees current and unit undamaged and in broom clean condition and proper notification given.

Partial month rent is non-refundable if unit is vacated after the 1st of the month.
